Ali Siahvoshi
Ali Siahvoshi was born and grew up in Iran. He was studying Physical Education until the revolution in 1979 that shut down all the universities. This lead him to work with sign makers, which triggered his creativity. During the war he decides to leave the country and move to England, where he gets his Bachelor in Graphic Design at St. Martin's College of Art and Design to then do a Masters in Industrial Design. His interest moves onto lighting creations, where he uses everyday objects like umbrellas, hangers and cutlery to create unique products with a touch of humorism. His work is in international expositions sponsored by the British European Design Group.
