Alberto Meda & Paolo Rizzatto
Alberto Meda was born in the province of Como, Italy, in 1945, he graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1987 and in 1989 he designed two iconic pieces of furniture for Alias lightlight and Softlight: two chairs that are now on display at the MoMA in New York. Paolo Rizzatto graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1965: he worked at the beginning as freelancer. Then founded with Riccardo Sarfatti Luceplan: hence the collaboration with Alberto Meda.
