Luca Nichetto

Luca Nichetto was born in Venice in 1976, where he graduated in Industrial Design at the IUAV. He started as designer of Murano glass products for Salviati. He worked for Foscarini and he became the Head R&D Department. In 2006 he open his own studio Nichetto & Partners. Nichetto Studio works with several brands worldwide. Luca Nichetto has received important international awards, including the Gran Design Award 2008, the Good Design Award of the Chicago Atheneum Museum of Architecture 2008, the IF Product Design Award 2008 and the Elle Decoration International Design Awards 2009 (EDIDA) as Designer of the Year in the Young Designer Talent category.
