Variable™ Chair Varier
Variable Balans is the original, irresistible kneeling chair designed by Peter Opsvik in 1979.
It is the ultimate ergonomic chair. Thanks to its extreme flexibility and seat tilting option, Variable Balans allows you to tilt the seat forward, pushing against your pelvis and automatically making you achieve the ideal posture, decreasing tension in the user's back and neck. The upright position will strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, improve blood circulation and consequently enhance energy levels and concentration.
The flexible runners will implement a pleasant pendular motion as soon as your body changes from an active to a relaxed posture. For further support, the option of adding a backrest is also available.
The Distance Block is a set of 2 knee pad reducers to be applied under the knee pads. It shall be used until the child reaches a height of about 140 cm.
It reduces the distance between the seat and the supports for the knees, as well as bringing the knee pads together.
